John's career began at IKON Office Solutions, where he served as a National Account Manager responsible for opening new production centers and turning around underperforming sites across the United States. It was there that he found his love for business and the fascinating world of finance — a passion that set the trajectory for everything that followed. He went on to earn a degree in Finance from Indiana State University's Scott College of Business, then launched his finance career as a Commercial Loan Officer, providing institutional lending services to small and mid-sized businesses. He later joined Morgan Stanley as a Registered Investment Adviser, guiding high-net-worth individuals and businesses through wealth management and institutional investments, before founding Business Expedition Partners.
Throughout his career, John has helped businesses achieve results across revenue growth, organizational development, collaboration and integration, productivity improvement, profit optimization, customer experience mapping, labor efficiencies, and executive coaching. His ability to blend deep financial expertise with strategic vision has made him a trusted advisor to serious business builders who are ready to move the business forward.
Outside the office, John lives in west central Indiana with his wife, two sons, and their furry companion, Jingle. He enjoys quality family time, hiking, beach trips, and exploring new places. John is an active member of the local small business community, volunteering his time to mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and participating in small business educational events. He is also passionate about real estate investing, trading, and giving back through philanthropy.
