Noel's journey began with a strong foundation in accounting principles, earning her degree in Accounting from a reputable university. Her passion for numbers and meticulous attention to detail led her to specialize in financial operations early in her career. Before stepping into her leadership role at Business Expedition Partners, Noel honed her skills across multiple organizations, where she streamlined financial workflows, implemented efficient operational procedures, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Her expertise in vendor management, process improvement, and financial oversight significantly contributed to optimizing cash flow and reducing risk for her previous employers.

As COO, Noel oversees day-to-day operations, drives continuous process improvement, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures the firm consistently delivers on its commitments to clients. Outside of the office, Noel is a devoted wife and mother of two boys who brings the same warmth and energy to her home life that she does to her work. When she is not feeding a crowd, you will find her outdoors, camping and soaking up everything nature has to offer.
